Pastor Shadun Duncan is a native of Jonesboro, AR. where he has lived most of his life. He has been married for 17 years to his wonderful wife, Co-Pastor Teresia Duncan and has one precious daughter Kayla. Pastor Duncan is a graduate of Arkansas State University where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Specialist Degree in Mental Health Counseling.

Pastor Duncan is a passionate and dynamic speaker, preacher and teacher whom the Lord called into ministry at the age of 18. He was ordained as an Elder of Fullness of Joy Ministries in 1999. In addition to this role, Pastor Duncan also served in several other capacities within the church. He attended and taught in the local branch of ICBT (International College of Bible Theology), served as part of the Christian Education Staff, Intercessory Prayer Ministry, Praise & Worship Team, Praise Singers and acted as Men's Ministry and Youth Leader. Pastor Duncan has many years of public speaking and leadership experience.

Pastor Duncan has a great love for God's people and a passion to see them healed, delivered, set free and made whole.  In 2007, He began to sense that God was calling him into the pastorate. After much prayer and with the support of his Pastor and Home Church, in February 2009, He and his wife began conducting bible study at Day's Inn and Suites in Trumann.  The ministry officially opened its doors for membership in April 2009. God has certainly shown Himself strong on the behalf of the ministry. In October of 2009, God allowed the ministry to relocate to its present location. Since that time, God has been adding to the ministry, saving souls and totally transforming lives. God has truly made Pastor Duncan a blessing and His hand is being seen in the ministry as well.

In the words of Pastor Duncan…

I just want people to know that there is a God, that He loves and is concerned about them and that no matter where they are or how bad they have messed up or how far they’ve gone, He is able to give them a fresh start and empower them to live a new life.

I thank God that He saw something in me that I didn’t see in myself. Even when I had given up on myself and others had given up on me as well, God raised me up and by His grace He put me in this place. I think I survived some of the mess-ups, mistakes and hardships of my life just so that I could tell someone else that God can do it for them.

I want to tell everyone that I can about the difference Christ can make in our lives...
